The last summer hat I embellished was anything but cowgirl themed. I call this straw hat "Garden Party". Actually, other than stylishly keeping cool, it would be great for a wedding, party, (inside or out), vacationing, the beach, gardening, strolling, or anything else under the sun! I had a lot of fun making decorating this hat, and wearing it should be twice as fun, and coordinates well with my summer fabric purses.
